oh how i love a bargain!

So Little Man is in Kinder today, which meant Little Miss and I could go shopping, well try to. See, Little Miss often gets distracted and consumed by everything around her and tends not to listen and do as I say, none the less, I wanted to go shopping.

Theres a place I often LOVE to visit, as many bargains are found there and it's not just any shop, it's a Recycled shop, one that sits on the same site as the local Tip, although it does not stink, but strangely enough, I don't think a Tip smell would disturb my needs for a great bargain hunt!

This place, sells people's unwanted things that they are about to throw out, obviously in the Tip. They sell all kinds of stuff, at cheap as chips prices, better than your market, garage sale and Opp Shop outlet's.

So today I scored 4 wooden display cubes, brand new european pillow with it's case, an almost new white ever so soft blanket, a teacup holder I'll be doing up for a jewelry holder and about 25 different sewing pattern's, ranging from Burdastyle to Simplicity and a few mag's of sewing stuff too. Ofcourse Little Miss couldn't help but pick up a small pink teddy that will put put through the wash to get rid of any nasties.

I got all that for a measely $15! I was exstatic and very happy with myself. Let it be known that I do not have a sewing machine yet, well, a small one, that I think are for kiddie's, but I am getting one for Christmas! I cannot wait to start making things for the kiddie's, myself and other fun stuff.

I also dropped by into Rivers. Man, I did not know that this Shop was OK. I can get away with buying kid's sized shoes, which is great because it costs less but it's even better when they are on special! I got Little Miss 2 pair's of shoes and got one pair for myself and paid just over $20 for.

I'll upload picture's of my finds and shoes later, they were just too good to pass up! xo.
